After several years of living on the remote island of Kodiak, Alaska, I’ve returned to the lower 48—bringing with me a renewed appreciation for wild places and the people who inhabit them. At heart, I’m an outdoor enthusiast with an equal love for the culture and velocity of big cities, having once called both San Francisco and New York City home. No matter where I land, my creative spirit is guided by a deep passion for food, travel, and storytelling.
Photography has always been my way of capturing presence and wonder—the way light grazes a surface, the texture of a handmade dish, the curve of a smile, or the emotion inside a fleeting connection. Whether it’s a quiet street in a city I’m just beginning to know, or a tray of pastries pulled fresh from a restaurant kitchen, I’m drawn to moments that reveal a story and invite others to experience the world through my lens.
Food photography and styling have become natural extensions of that process. I love exploring color theory, working with natural textures, and layering organic elements to create imagery that feels vibrant, tactile, and alive.
Across food, travel, and hospitality work, my intention remains the same: to create authentic, human-centered connections—images that do more than show what something looks like, but allow you to feel it.
